Director heart pains for theatre

An Artist alone can understand the pains of other Artist. Director Krish who always grinds in depth with social issues was different this time to touch the pity plight of our dying Theatre art. With technologial advancement and modernization of society Theatre has lost its adoration. Drama companies like Surabhi and artists in such troops who were seen as Pride of Telugu are today striving to make their livelihood out of this passion.Characters of Rana, Kota Srinivas Rao, Raghu Babu, Hema and Satyam Rajesh in Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum are few examples to showcase the deplorable conditions in which Theatre is passing through. Hats off to director Krish for at least making an attempt to remind the new generation youngsters about existence of Theatre. First 15 minutes to half an hour run of movie can definitely be seen as a tribute by Krish to this Stage Art.

Fight between Nagarjuna & Director

November 9th releases of 'damarukam' and 'Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum' are seen as a rare fight of Stars at BO in recent times. As festive Diwali season will become more delighted with presence of two such big flicks, analysts are busy calculating on who will have an edge over whom.

If the long delays and postponements of 'damarukam' have affected the general mindset of audience towards the film, 'KVJ' stands purely on the intellectual concept of director Krish. While VFX and presence of Stars Nagarjuna, Anushka might pull enough of audience to theatres in first week, long run depends upon overall subject strength because director Srinivas Reddy is inexperienced in handling huge budgets. On the other hand, instead of hero Rana it is director Krish's previous track record of 'Gamyam' and 'Vedam' which were good hits in metros will attract huge inflows. Of course in lower class centers, the ability of audience to grasp Krish's intellectual thoughts will decide the BO result.
