Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes separation case is at last closed since the two are legally divorced now. As per the New York City court the case involving Cruise and Holmes was closed Monday.Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' divorce case was much publicised and the couple had said in July that they had reached an agreement. No other details have been disclosed so far.Katie Holmes was head over heels in love with Tom Cruise when she married him in 2006 in an Italian castle after Tom Cruise publicly declared his love on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
