Well, it could just be the name for a film but even that forms a crucial factor to decide the fate of the film in terms of financial returns. Here is an example for that.
It is heard that when the new film of Prabhas was titled as ‘Vaaradhi’ no satellite people came forward. But eventually the makers also felt that the title lacked fizz and gave a soft impression on the public they changed it to ‘Mirchi’ and gave good masala to it. This has resulted in good fortunes for them.
It is heard that the satellite folks are now coming in full competition to bag the rights. Usually, there are three big boys in this field. They are Zee, Gemini, MAA. Only one among the three channels takes the satellite rights. It is heard that negotiations are happening for very good price to ‘Mirchi’. That’s what titles can do folks.
