Nagarjuna is in Kakinada to open the showroom of Kalyan Jewellers today. Speaking to the fans, he said that Lord Shiva has not given permission for the release of Damarukam and it will be released as soon as Shiva permits it. He urged fans to do ordination (abhishekam) to Shiva. He hinted that Damarukam might release in a week. RR Moviemakers who are in a debt trap due to various factors have been finding it difficult to bailout the movie. It was supposed to released on 19 October for Dussera and got postponed. Now, it was supposed to release on 9/10 of this month on the eve of Diwali. It hasn’t got released. The buyers/exhibitors had no clue about the release as the producer hasn’t been confirming the exact status of the release.
